When you have received defective merchandise, it becomes necessary to contact the vendor and make arrangements to have the product shipped back. We always advise our customers to keep the packaging until we are sure the product will not have to be returned due to defect.
In the event it does need to be returned there are several steps involved to ensure you are covered not only for return shipping charges but also disassembly and assembly of the replacement product. We have many years’ experience dealing with major online sellers and know what to expect and how and what the communication should be.
